Senior Salesforce Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive initiatives from conception to completion while ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholders expectations.

• Manage multiple development projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope and objectives and develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
• Identify and mitigate risks anticipate bottlenecks and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.

Key qualifications include at least 5 years of experience in program or project management preferably in Salesforce Development projects.

A proven track record of successfully managing complex Salesforce projects from initiation to completion is required along with Salesforce certifications such as Certified Administrator and Platform Developer I / II.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies agile practices and project management frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban is also essential.
