Work Hours : 7 AM – 3 PM EST (Mon–Fri) | Peak periods up to 5 PM EST

Role Description

This is a full-time Associate position in the Small and Medium-Sized Business Department , based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. It is a hybrid role , requiring in-office attendance on specific days as determined by the Company, with the remaining days designated for remote work.

The Associate is expected to work from 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM Eastern Standard Time , Monday through Friday. During peak periods, working hours may extend up to 5 : 00 PM EST , as directed by the Company. Occasionally, additional hours may be required to fulfill job duties without extra pay .

The role involves working with owner-managed businesses , small and medium-sized enterprises , and clients across various industries in Canada and the US .

Key Responsibilities

Core Accounting & Tax Responsibilities

• Develop technical skills in areas such as personal, corporate, and trust income tax returns , and payroll / information returns.
• Organize and prepare data for Canadian corporate income tax filings , including T2 returns, GST / HST returns, and tax slips.
• Prepare financial statements , including Compilation engagements , for clients across multiple industries.
• Review bookkeeping completed internally or by clients, identify discrepancies, and prepare monthly or quarterly GST / HST returns.
