Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Operations Executive - Event Production. The individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events, ensuring seamless production and execution. Day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with teams to develop event concepts, managing budgets, overseeing operations, ensuring timelines are met, and coordinating communication across all stakeholders to deliver high-quality experiences for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Event Planning, Event Production, and Event Management
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors
• Proficiency in Budgeting to plan and allocate resources efficiently
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple events and meet deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and adapt quickly to changing requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the marketing, media, or events industry is a plus
