We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Global Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to join our Chief Talent Office. This role is essential for developing and implementing strategies within the Talent Acquisition global function in order to make it more agile, data-driven, and aligned with Sanofi s growth objectives. This key role oversees and optimizes our talent practices, ensuring that we attract and select talent, from Early career to Executive Levels, effectively while delivering the best-in-class people centric experience.
In this role, you will, with your team, contribute to develop near and long-term talent innovation strategies to ensure Sanofi remains competitive with constantly evolving talent needs and external talent marketplace demands. This role collaborates closely with partners across regions and functions, such as the Talent Office, Employer Branding, Legal, Rewards and Performance, Digital, People and Culture, People Services. The role is part of the Operational Excellence leadership team and reports into the Global Head of Talent Operational Excellence.

- Main responsibilities Talent Strategy & Execution - Optimize and implement efficient talent acquisition operations, enhancing automation and user experience from early career to executive recruitment
- Continuously assess and improve processes to support business transformation
- Technology & Process Optimization - Oversee global implementation and maintenance of talent acquisition systems (ATS, CRM), ensuring harmonization and efficiency
- Collaborate with digital and operations teams to troubleshoot, update, and improve systems
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management - Partner with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning
- Manage relationships with RPOs, recruitment agencies, and other external vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Lead and coach a diverse team while working closely with regional and global stakeholders
- Drive engagement through global talent meetings and operational initiatives
- Compliance & Best Practices - Ensure adherence to country-specific legal, fiscal, and regulatory requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to maintain a competitive talent acquisition edge
- Metrics & Reporting - Leverage data and analytics to monitor recruitment success, drive process improvements, and ensure alignment with SLAs and KPIs
- Collaborate with People Analytics for informed decision-making
- Training & Change Management - Develop and deliver training sessions on talent acquisition solutions
- Support change management efforts by ensuring smooth implementation of new processes and fostering a data-driven culture
- Project & Budget Management - Lead talent operations projects, ensuring timely execution of initiatives
- Manage budgets efficiently to optimize resource allocation for recruitment and talent management solutions
- Actively contribute to project governance, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making processes
- Ethical & Compliance Standards - Ensures procurement practices align with corporate ethics, financial policies, and internal controls
- Knowledge Transfer, Training, and Support - Build capability by developing and delivering training sessions on recruitment and talent management as needed
About youExperience
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or operationsSoft and technical skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneouslyDeep understanding of Talent Acquisition programs and HR operations in large or complex organizationsExperience with AI-driven Talent technology and HR systems like Workday, Beamery, HireVue, and business intelligence toolsAdvanced MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; Power BI knowledge is an advantageProficiency in HR analytics and talent acquisition / management metricsExcellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, collaborative approach to overcoming challengesStrong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and adapt in multicultural and fast-changing environmentsLanguages
Fluent in English (both verbal and written)Education
Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldCertification in Project Management, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologiesSkills Required
