We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, wed like to meet you. Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.
Responsibilities
- Designing and updating job descriptions
- Crafting emails for attracting passive candidates
- Sourcing potential candidates using various online platforms (e.g. professional forums like Behance, StackOverflow etc.)
- Screening incoming resumes as well as application forms
- Interviewing candidates via various mediums (e.g. in-person, phone, video)
- Preparing and distributing assignments as well as language, logical reasoning, and numerical tests
- Advertising jobs on careers pages, job boards, and social media
- Providing contacts of qualified applicants to the companys Hiring Managers
- Sending job offer and recruiting emails, and also answering queries related to compensation and benefits
- Monitoring HR metrics (e.g. source of hire, time-to-hire, and time-to-fill, etc.)
- Hosting recruitment events and participating in job fairs
- Collaborating with management for identifying future staffing needs
- Providing guidance and consultancy to new recruits and also helping them onboard
Job Requirements and Skills
At least a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant fieldPrior experience as an HR RecruiterSound knowledge of all HR processes (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management, etc.)Sound knowledge of all labor regulationsExperience with resume databases, ATS, and referral programsSound knowledge of full-cycle recruitingStrong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skillsExceptional time-management and organizational skillsSalary

Going to the client and taking recruitment from him and signing deals and meeting the client.
