Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation :
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand revenue streams.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management :
- Build, nurture, and sustain long-term relationships with key enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized, high-impact solutions.
- Data Validation & Business Insights :
- Establish robust data validation frameworks to ensure accuracy and integrity across all business data points.
- Use validated data insights to optimize sales strategies, pricing models, and customer engagement.
- Product Strategy & Market Positioning :
- Work closely with product teams to define, refine, and enhance offerings aligned with market needs and client expectations.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in existing product lines based on competitive and customer intelligence.
- Leadership & Strategic Direction :
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver business goals effectively.
- Drive strategic planning, forecasting, and execution aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Skills & Competencies
Proven track record of revenue generation , sales growth , and client relationship management .Deep understanding of data validation methodologies , business analytics , and market insights .Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Experience defining and driving go-to-market (GTM) strategies.Ability to bridge technical and commercial perspectives effectively.Qualifications
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from a Tier 1 institution (IIT, IIM, ISB, XLRI, etc.).18+ years of professional experience in consulting, IT services, or data-driven business roles .Prior experience in Big 4 or top-tier IT consulting firms preferred.
