Senior ETL Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talend Developer to design, build, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines and data integration solutions. The role requires expertise in Talend, SQL, and cloud-based data platforms , along with the ability to lead technical design, mentor team members, and deliver high-quality data solutions aligned with business goals.

Location : Hyderabad or Bangalore (Work from Office – 5 days a week)

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Talend for data integration, transformation, and loading.
• Build and optimize Snowflake (or other cloud DWH) data models to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Implement CDC, incremental loads, and performance tuning strategies for large-scale datasets.
• Integrate data from heterogeneous sources (databases, APIs, flat files, cloud systems) into centralized platforms.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance across pipelines and workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support migrations from legacy ETL tools (Informatica, DataStage, SSIS) to Talend.
• Drive CI / CD practices for ETL deployments, including Git integration and automated testing.
• Mentor junior developers, review code, and enforce best practices and standards.
