Inviting applications for the role of Consultant Business Analyst

We are seeking a Mid-Level Business Analyst (BA) to support our product management and engineering teams in defining refining and documenting business requirements. This role is ideal for an early-career analyst interested in healthcare technology particularly Electronic Health Records (EHR) Practice Management and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) .

You will work closely with onshore Product Managers to break down high-level business goals into user stories tasks and acceptance criteria that guide product development

Responsibilities

Collaborate with on-shore Product Managers to understand business goals workflows and feature requirements.

Translate high-level concepts into well-defined user stories epics and acceptance criteria .

Conduct requirement walkthroughs with engineering and QA teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.

Assist in impact analysis for new features enhancements or compliance updates.

Support backlog refinement and ensure stories are well-documented and prioritized for sprints.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science

Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications including Visio

Proven ability to manage projects and user testing

Extensive experience with data visualization

High proficiency in technical writing

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

experience as a Business Analyst Product Analyst or Implementation Analyst in software projects.

Strong analytical and documentation skills; able to convert business needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

Exposure Agile / Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Working knowledge of FHIR and its role in healthcare data exchange.
