Full Stack Java Spring Boot Lead – AWS | 15+ Years Experience | Contract to Hire | PAN India (Hybrid Mode)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Java Spring Boot Lead with deep expertise in AWS cloud technologies to design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and secure enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader, adept at back-end development, microservices architecture, and cloud-native deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices for scalable and secure solutions.
• Architect, design, and implement solutions on AWS, leveraging services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, Aurora MySQL, API Gateway, CloudFormation / Terraform, etc.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security through reviews, best practices, and automated testing.
• Mentor and guide offshore development teams, providing technical leadership and fostering continuous learning.
• Participate in architectural discussions and influence technical decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the full application stack.
• Work on CI / CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments on AWS.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams following Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Manage version control (Git) and implement software development best practices.
