Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Kozhikode. The Performance Marketer will oversee the planning, designing, and execution of digital marketing campaigns to meet the organization's objectives. Daily tasks involve managing paid ad campaigns, optimizing performance metrics, analyzing data, ensuring ROI targets are met, and exploring new opportunities for growth. The individual will also coordinate closely with other departments to align marketing strategies with broader company goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) and expertise in performance optimization.
• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing, Campaign Analysis, and A / B Testing to improve audience targeting and engagement.
• Experience in SEO strategies, data analysis tools, and performance tracking to drive website traffic and visibility.
• Understanding of web development and its integration with marketing strategies is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within teams while maintaining attention to detail and managing deadlines.
• Experience in the digital marketing industry and previous work with recognizable brands is a strong plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
