Description :

We are looking for professionals with hands-on experience in Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) to help us design, integrate, and scale bill payment services across categories and participants.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the integration and onboarding of billers and agents within the BBPS ecosystem (BBPOU, BBPS Central Unit, Biller Operating Units).
• Work with NPCI and partner banks to ensure compliance with BBPS guidelines, settlement processes, and dispute management frameworks.
• Develop and manage API integrations with BBPS platforms (fetch, payment, confirmation, complaint, reversal APIs).
• Handle transaction lifecycle management-from bill fetch to payment confirmation to settlement.
• Maintain reconciliation and settlement reports, ensuring accuracy between internal and BBPS systems.
• Work with internal tech teams to define product requirements for BBPS-enabled services, such as recurring payments, category expansion (utilities, loan EMIs, education, insurance, etc.
• Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to RBI and NPCI regulations.
• Drive new product initiatives leveraging the BBPS framework, including cross-border bill payments, credit-linked payments, or embedded finance solutions.
