Qualifications :

• Bachelors / Master's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification (CA, CWA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of auditing experience, specifically in the banking or NBFC, with a focus on lending business / operations.
• Strong understanding of lending regulations and risk management principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting findings clearly to various stakeholders.
• Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple audits simultaneously.
