Engineering Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage qualified engineering candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
• Manage the complete recruitment life cycle, from understanding job requisitions to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand role expectations and deliver top-quality profiles.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of skilled candidates for recurring and critical engineering roles.
• Ensure full compliance with client requirements, US labor laws, and internal hiring processes for W2 and full-time roles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and generate regular hiring and pipeline reports.
