The Client Relations Executive plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing, and telecommunications network service providers through our Research practice.

This career path offers opportunities for advancement and allows the Client Relations Executive to specialize in specific areas of subject matter expertise.

Key responsibilities include monitoring client progress, conducting onboarding sessions, communicating with stakeholders, and providing general support to our sales team.

Requirements include exceptional interpersonal and time management skills, strong fluency in English, and knowledge of our products including ISG Momentum services.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Serve as a liaison between providers and our Advisory community
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure they see value in their relationship with us
  • Drive and manage monthly / quarterly targets of usage of services per client assigned
  • Identify concerns and provide suggestions to improve our products
