What You’ll Do :

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior UX Designer to lead the user experience design process from concept to delivery. The ideal candidate is a passionate advocate for the user, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences. You will be a key player in our product team, translating user needs and business goals into effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from initial research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final implementation.
• Conduct and lead user research and usability testing to deeply understand user behavior, needs, and pain points. Synthesize findings into actionable design insights.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategy, requirements, and features.
• Create and maintain design deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools.
• Champion user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization, ensuring design decisions are data-informed and user-validated.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
