Role Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for end-users on RPA tools.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA services.
• Support incident management and resolution processes for RPA-related issues.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify underlying problems and recommend solutions.
• Maintain RPA documentation and logs for compliance and auditing purposes.
• Participate in change management processes to assess RPA impact on current operations.
• Assist in health checks and performance tuning of RPA solutions.
• Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards throughout RPA initiatives.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions within the RPA support team.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in robotic process automation.
