Job descriptionDiploma, B. Tech., or B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, or IT Minimum 4–5 years of experience in construction management and site execution of MEP Low Side Work for fitout projects Exposure to working with contracting firms and project management organizations for high-end fitout works, from start till completion Experience working for a hotel project will be preferred Good interpersonal and leadership skills Eye for detail in MEP installations prior to closure of shafts and ceilings Ability to read contractor shop drawings Good communication skills Proficient in MS Word, Excel
Assistant Manager – Quality Control (MEP)
Location - Bengaluru (Devanahalli)
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Conduct on-site quality inspections for MEP Low Side works including HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical, and Low Voltage works
- Monitor and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, codes, and standards
- Inspect materials delivered to the site for compliance with approved Material Approval Requests (MARs) and technical specifications
- Assist the planner in implementing sequencing of works and Hand Over & Take Over of areas
- Implement Quality Control procedures, ITPs, MIRs, and work WIRs on site
- Maintain detailed inspection reports, test results, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and corrective action records
- Work closely with site engineers, project managers, and contractors to address quality-related concerns
- Participate in client, consultant, and internal quality review meetings
- Support in preparing monthly quality reports and recommendations for improvement
