Role & Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and coordinate communication between technical and business teams.
• Contribute directly to development tasks while leading and inspiring team members.
• Identify and solve technical challenges with creative, value-driven solutions.
• Work with the Program Manager on estimations, timelines, and risk mitigation.
• Drive and facilitate technical discussions around requirements and change requests.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and ensure timely resolution to avoid delays.
• Prepare architecture design documents and technical diagrams.
