We're seeking 2 exceptional Full-Stack Engineers to lead our engineering efforts and shape the technical foundation of Markopolo. This is a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal moment – building core infrastructure that will power thousands of businesses worldwide.

What You'll Do Lead and architect the core technical infrastructure of our AI-powered platform

Build scalable systems processing millions of customer interactions in real-time

Integrate cutting-edge AI / ML models into production systems

Design and implement APIs that power seamless customer experiences

Own end-to-end feature development from conception to deployment

Set engineering standards and best practices for the growing team

Collaborate directly with founders on product strategy and technical decisions

What We're Looking For 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience

Strong proficiency in modern web technologies (React / Vue / Angular, Node.js / Python / Go)

Experience with AI / ML integration and real-time data processing

Track record of building and scaling production systems

Database expertise (PostgreSQL, Redis, vector databases)

Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously

Passion for building world-class products with global impact

Bonus Points Experience with marketing tech, e-commerce, or customer data platforms

Prior startup experience or founding engineer background

Open source contributions

Experience with LLMs and modern AI frameworks

Compensation & Benefits Salary Range : $5,000 to $10,000 per month (based on experience)

Equity : Significant ESOP allocation from our Series A round pool

Location : Global position with optional relocation to our offices in San Francisco, Bangalore, Riyadh, or Dhaka

The Commitment We're building something extraordinary, and the first 3 months are critical. We're looking for engineers ready to commit 60-80 hours per week during this initial sprint as we build the core platform. After this intensive period, we'll transition to a more sustainable pace while maintaining our momentum.
