Key Responsibilities
- Developing L&D strategy for employees that aligns with the vision & business goals of the company.
- Work closely with subject matter experts across organization for content development and identifying training gaps.
- Assist the Head of L&D in creation of training plan and budgeting.
- Developing and implementing effective onboarding programs to help employees understand the Culture, vision & mission of the organization.
- Creation and adherence of training calendars based on need analysis.
- Content Development across functions for all learning modes Classroom, virtual & e-learning.
- Work closely with CPO & Head- L&D on leadership development / succession planning and career development.
- Data analysis & recommendation of L&D Initiatives data to assess the impact of the learning program and make data driven recommendations for improvement
- Monitor training programs, implement feedback mechanisms and address any concerns or issues raised.
- Ensure compliance of audit requirements related to training.
- Maintaining training records & MIS.
- Ensure all L&D initiatives and plans are based on competency framework of the company.
Years of Functional Experience : 8 to 10 years of work experience in Learning and Development. Preferred Industry – Retail, hospitality and QSR, Prior experience content development, Training delivery, Competency Mapping, Assessment Centre & Succession Planning is mandatory.
Degree / Diploma : Bachelor’s degree in education, learning and development or related field.
Relevant experience in Competency Mapping, Leadership & Succession planning, designing, delivering and evaluating training programs.
Must Have skills : Excellent communication, Succession Planning, Stake holder Management skills, Decision making, Problem solving & Team Management.
