Role summary :
Build, manage and operationalize institutional partnerships (MOUs, twinning, faculty exchanges), oversee international student services, and coordinate compliance for international programs.
Key responsibilities
Identify, negotiate and manage MOUs with universities and pathway partners.
Coordinate twinning / joint-degree program logistics, credit transfers, articulation agreements.
Support international students : pre-arrival, orientation, accommodation, compliance, and cultural integration.
Work with quality / academics to ensure program alignment and approvals.
Monitor partner performance and student outcomes.
Required
Master's degree; experience in international relations in HE (3–7 yrs).
Knowledge of articulation agreements, credit systems, and international student services.
KPIs
Number of active MoUs with articulation / twinning (20 active, 30 new per year).
Student mobility : 150 inbound and 200 outbound exchanges per year.
Partner conversion : 75 applicants from partner pathways who enroll.
