The Global Propositions Lead will -
1. Disrupt IDfy’s international markets by launching new propositions that will help us grow our revenues and market share
2. Ensure that propositions that are launched are adopted effectively and in a scalable way by IDfy’s enterprise clients
Activities performed -
Early Stage
1. Identify opportunities in different countries and create a set of ideas
2. Pick the right ideas to develop into propositions
3. Conceptualise propositions for these opportunities - such as merchant acquiring, branch banking, staffing and video concierge
4. Craft the pitch and concoct the demo
5. Present effectively to senior audiences
6. Define the proposition further in terms of business benefits / requirements, user flows
7. Convince clients to adopt on the back of compelling business logic whilst creating tools such as cost benefit calculators, competitive matrix etc.
8. Take anchor client effectively through the life cycle of the adoption
9. Oversee testing and POCs
Middle and Late Stages
1. Define the Target Account List and support the Go to Market activities
2. Grow engagement with clients on the back of proposition by leveraging Sales, Pre-Sales and Customer Success teams
3. Engage with product and tech teams to complete solution design, add to roadmap and oversee delivery
4. Engage with clients in the pre-sales phase and post-sales phase
5. Ensure client adoption
6. Grow market share for given proposition
Experience & Competencies
1. Qualitative and quantitative analysis, structured thinking
2. Ability to prioritise
3. Great Presentation skills and ability to persuade prospects to test
4. Ability to market propositions effectively
5. Being able to drive change internally
6. Being empathetic towards the client and accountable as well
7. Total 8+ years experience in strategy / implementation / product consulting across MBB & product / fintech companies
