Designation : Compliance Manager

Experience : 4-8 years

Location : Mumbai

Role & Responsibilities :

• Should keep an eye on new rules as they emerge and quickly notify the appropriate internal stakeholders.
• Supporting regulatory investigations and inspections, including but not restricted to liaising with internal and external stakeholders and regulators.
• Analyze and validate the preliminary data for the exception points in the Tranche 1 series, and ask the relevant stakeholders for their justifications.
• In charge of making sure the bank complies with all applicable banking laws, rules, and internal guidelines
• Conducting regular compliance and risk assessments to identify and mitigate risks, especially in areas like IT security and credit.
• Serving as a liaison with regulatory agencies, exchanging information, and gaining clarification on rules.
• Locating compliance gaps, analyzing the underlying causes, and putting remedial measures in place.

Looking for candidates who are currently working with PSU Banks since 2020 or 2021 onwards with Compliance experience.
