Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and maintain Zendesk instances, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and implement custom solutions using Zendesk's API and SDK.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Design and implement automation scripts to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Zendesk.
- Ensure data security and compliance with organizational policies.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Zendesk administration and development.Strong knowledge of Zendesk's features, functionality, and architecture.Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Skills Required
