Location : Chanakyapuri, New Delhi

No. of Position : 2

Educational Qualification

Option 1 : Engineering Degree in Computer Science / Electronics / Telecommunication / IT with minimum 3 years of experience
OR
Option 2 : BCA / B.Sc.-IT / B.Sc. (Computers) with minimum 5 years of experience

Technical Experience

Minimum 2 years in :

Windows / Linux System Administration

Configuration, patching, operations, and day-to-day management

Experience in :

Implementing, managing, and troubleshooting Container Security Solutions

Working with SIEM, Vulnerability Management, and Patch Management Solutions

Must hold valid OEM certification for the offered container security solution

Roles & Responsibilities

The Resident Engineer will be responsible for :

1. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of all security solutions (physical / virtual)

2. Patch management, upgrades, and fixes

3. Integration with CI / CD pipelines for DevSecOps

4. Support for performance, health checks, and complex operational / security issues

5. Migration from proprietary / closed source to OSS tools

6. Monitoring and administration of all offered solutions

7. Support to application teams for resolving security concerns and OSS vulnerabilities

8. Conducting technical sessions and hands-on training for developers

9. Onboarding support for legacy and new-age applications

10. Guidance for deployment across environments (Dev, UAT, Staging, Production)

11. Use of ITSM tools for approvals and task tracking

12. Expert troubleshooting on demand

13. Hands-on sessions post onboarding

14. Any other related tasks as required
