We’re looking for a Business Finance Manager who can partner with business and product teams to drive financial clarity, decision-making, and accountability. You’ll play a key role in analyzing performance, shaping forecasts, and ensuring financial discipline across business lines — all while building models and frameworks that help scale a growing fintech.

What you'll do :

• Own the P&L for key business verticals — track revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and present monthly business reviews, dashboards, and management decks for leadership.
• Partner with product, marketing, and growth teams to evaluate new initiatives and assess financial impact.
• Build and refine financial models to analyze unit economics, CAC, LTV, and contribution margins.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of MIS and business reporting.
• Identify cost optimization and revenue improvement opportunities through data-backed insights.
• Support fundraising, audits, and board reporting as needed.
