VP Civil Engineering

Role Summary :

The Head - Project will oversee the construction, fit out of new showrooms & related works and ensure adherence to launch plan. He would lead the Project's / Interior's team at Khazana. He would work closely with both senior management and his team of site engineers to ensure on-time execution of expansion plans.

Key responsibilities :

The key responsibilities of Head - Project would include, but are not limited to the following :

• Responsible for coordinating and obtaining GFC for project sites.
• Coordinate with all the internal stakeholders for internal approvals pertaining to design, materials to be used, QS reports on material quantity and related costs.
• Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of projects by vendors in line with the approved parameters of the management.
• Responsible for both civil and interiors related to all offices / branches and showrooms of the company for either renovation or new construction.
• Responsible for timely execution of projects across multiple locations.
• Co-ordinate with Architect to develop store layout & work closely with senior management to finalize the layout
• Plan manpower allocation to all sites for construction.
• Review progress on a routine basis along with the team.
• Adopt best-practices and processes to ensure execution of interior works to perfection
• Assist PMO (Project Management office) to track & update progress of new store launch
• Update the progress of new stores progress to senior management and escalate issues & support required.
