Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Project Lead to plan, manage, and execute renovation projects in operational office spaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and on-time completion while maintaining strong client and contractor coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage renovation projects for operational office spaces.
• Plan site activities, prepare project schedules, and allocate resources effectively.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, vendors, and contractors for smooth execution.
• Supervise site work to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and timeline standards.
• Manage project budgets and control costs across all stages of execution.
• Identify risks or site challenges and implement timely corrective actions.
• Ensure all handovers are completed seamlessly with proper documentation and client satisfaction.
• Lead site teams and ensure clear communication between stakeholders.
