Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Salem. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to drive business growth. The role includes outreach to potential partners, collaboration with the sales and marketing teams, and contributing to the company's expansion goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Account Management
  • Strong communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis
  • Strategic planning and Collaboration skills
  • Experience in the healthcare or health-tech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a problem-solving mindset
