Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Goregaon. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and identifying new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include nurturing leads, negotiating contracts, developing business strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves close collaboration with team members to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's event ticketing platform.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Sales and negotiation expertise, including experience in driving revenue and achieving targets.
- Strategic thinking and business development skills to identify growth opportunities and design effective strategies.
- Customer relationship management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with the event ticketing or entertainment industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic knowledge of digital platforms is a plus.
- Handle GST & Income Tax compliance (filings, returns, reconciliations).
- Work extensively on GST and IT portals for submissions and updates.
- Maintain accounts using Tally and advanced Excel tools.
- Ensure adherence to GST & IT laws, rules, and regulations .
- Support day-to-day accounting processes, documentation, and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for payments, invoices, and records.
- Stay proactive in identifying gaps, resolving issues, and improving processes.
