About the Role :
We are seeking a Mobile SDE III (Flutter + Kotlin) to join our engineering team. You will be responsible for building robust, scalable, and user-centric Android and cross-platform applications that power critical customer journeys. As a senior individual contributor, you will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences, while mentoring junior engineers and driving mobile architecture You Will Do :
1. Mobile Engineering Excellence
- Own end-to-end development of critical features in Flutter and Kotlin.
- Contribute to mobile architecture patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, Redux).
- Build modular, testable, and maintainable codebases aligned with platform guidelines.
- Implement CI / CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring for mobile apps.
- Optimize app performance (startup time, responsiveness, memory usage, and crash rates).
2. Collaboration & Delivery :
Partner with backend, product, and design teams to scope, plan, and deliver high-qualityfeatures.
Actively participate in sprint ceremonies, system design reviews, and release planning.Collaborate on observability, analytics, and A / B testing integrations for data-driven Mentorship & Best Practices :Mentor junior engineers in Flutter and Kotlin best practices.Lead knowledge-sharing sessions to raise team capabilities.Promote engineering excellence through code reviews, automation, and architecture You Will Need :4 - 6 years of professional experience in Flutter + Kotlin development.Strong expertise in cross-platform mobile app development (Flutter) and native Android (Kotlin).Hands-on experience with offline-first design, caching, and data synchronization.Proficiency with Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics), CI / CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.Strong skills in debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving.Experience working in cross-functional agile to Have :Experience in fintech, ride-hailing, or other high-scale transactional platforms.Knowledge of accessibility standards and multi-language app Loop :1.
