Working Days - 6

Salary budget- upto 45K

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and develop reliable suppliers for materials and services.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency.

Develop and implement sourcing strategies for key categories.

Conduct market analysis and benchmark pricing to ensure competitiveness.

Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams for material requirements.

Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.

Drive cost-saving and vendor development initiatives.

Maintain procurement data, supplier records, and contracts in ERP.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement guidelines.

Qualification :

Graduate in Engineering / Commerce / Supply Chain Management.

MBA / PGDM preferred.

Experience :

4–6 years in strategic sourcing / procurement, preferably in manufacturing.

Skills Required :

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Analytical and cost management ability.

Knowledge of ERP / SAP and Excel.

Vendor evaluation and relationship management.

Market research and sourcing strategy skills.
