Collect, organize, and analyze customer data from various sources.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer service performance.Identify trends, patterns, and areas for process improvement.Support the team with data-driven insights for decision-making.Maintain dashboards and ensure data accuracy.Collaborate with the Customer Relations and Marketing teams to enhance customer satisfaction.Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data management tools is an added advantage.
