Key Responsibilities :
- Sales and Strategy Execution :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for AWS and Azure cloud solutions.
- Identify and engage with potential clients in the region to promote cloud services.
- Lead sales campaigns and ensure alignment with the organization s growth objectives.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management :
- Build strong, long-term relationships with enterprise-level clients and C-level executives.
- Understand client business needs and provide custom cloud solutions that align with their technical requirements.
- Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals efficiently.
- Cloud Solutions Expertise :
- Act as a technical expert on AWS and Azure cloud platforms, guiding clients through solution architecture.
- Stay current on trends in cloud computing, AWS / Azure services, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of cloud solutions.
- Target and Performance Management :
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for cloud solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including pipeline activity, deal progress, and revenue targets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with cloud solution architects and technical teams to design and deliver cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop cloud-specific campaigns and events.
- Qualifications and Skills : Education :
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (BE / BTech) in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience :
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in selling AWS or Azure cloud platform solutions.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, cloud-focused environment.
- Experience in closing deals with mid to large-scale enterprises.
- Certifications :
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (or equivalent certifications) is required .
- Technical Skills :
- In-depth knowledge of AWS or Azure services, pricing models, and solution architecture.
- Ability to understand customer technical needs and recommend the right cloud-based solutions.
- Sales Skills :
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) : Revenue growth from AWS / Azure cloud solutions.
- Number of new customers acquired in the assigned territory.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
