Job descriptionGood solid-phase and solution phase peptide synthesis exp ; Hybrid technologies / Molecular Hiving expertise would preferred. Experience in process development of peptide pharmaceuticals Experience in scale-up of processes will be an added advantage Ph.D. / MSc. / M.Pharm. (Chemistry) Experience in peptide derived API’s synthesis role. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams are essential. The candidate should be self-motivated, go getter attitude. Total Exp? How much exp of handling Peptide Synthesis role? Current CTC? Notice Period? Ready to work in Bangalore (onsite) ? Job Location - Based at Bangalore
Technical Skills : -
- Peptide synthesis by solid as well as solution phase strategy by using manual and or automated synthesizers, cleavage isolation
- Solid-phase and solution phase peptide synthesis
- C- and N-terminal modifications, peptide conjugations
- Impurity profiling, synthesis, isolation
- Purification of peptides and impurities
- Writing lab journals, preparing technical documents
- Analytical and spectroscopic characterization of peptides
