Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management, Proficiency in Microsoft Intune and SCCM, M365 Strong knowledge of MDM and MAM. Strong familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional access. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Cross-cultural project management and communication experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with other endpoint management tools and technologies. Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks. Knowledge of Active Directory and GPO. Experience with agile delivery practices. Relevant Microsoft certifications. Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
- Manage and maintain Microsoft Intune and SCCM environments to ensure efficient and secure endpoint management.
- Design, Deploy and manage existing and new Intune configurations and policies.
- Integrate Intune with SCCM to streamline device management and enforce compliance policies.
- Configure and deploy office apps, business software, updates, and patches using SCCM and Intune.
- Implement and enforce security protocols to protect endpoints from potential threats.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to Intune and SCCM, providing Level 2 / 3 support as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and ensure Intune solutions meet those needs.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Generate reports on system performance, compliance, and security for management review.
