You should know how to write conversational, natural scripts for short-form video creators, with strong hooks, clear problem-solution arcs, and tight CTAs. You’ll : Write scroll-stopping hooks + ad scripts for Instagram / TikTok / YouTube shorts Understand consumer psychology and structure scripts to convert Adapt tone for different personas, creators, and brands Work closely with creative strategists and editors You should have : Experience writing UGC / performance ads Strong storytelling sense + clarity in messaging Ability to simplify ideas and make them sound human, not “ad-y” If you get excited by “how to make a viewer go from scroll to wait… tell me more,” we’d like to talk.
