Job Title : Deputy Vice President – Online Marketplace Google Adverts
Location : Noida
Working Days : 6 days / week
Reporting To : Executive Vice President (EVP)
About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to drive our Online Marketplace, Online Advertising, and Paid Product Sales business. The Deputy Vice President will spearhead merchant / vendor acquisition, paid listings, subscription plans, and digital advertising solutions while building a high-performing team and expanding our marketplace footprint.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Online Marketplace vertical across assigned regions.
- Drive merchant acquisition and onboarding for paid products and online ads.
- Develop & execute strategies to grow paid listings, featured ads, subscription plans, and advertising revenue.
- Monitor and improve conversion rates, customer journey, and ROI on paid products.
- Build strategic partnerships & alliances with large merchants, agencies, and advertisers.
- Own the P&L for Online Marketplace & Advertising vertical, ensuring revenue & profitability goals are achieved.
- Ensure process compliance, audit readiness, and regulatory adherence in all sales operations.
- Recruit, train & manage a high-performing sales, ad-ops & marketing team.
- Identify opportunities for automation, self-service tools, and digital adoption to scale paid product sales.
- Innovate on new advertising formats and monetization strategies for merchants.

10–15 years of experience in online marketplace, digital advertising, or B2B-B2C paid product sales, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven track record in vendor acquisition, online advertising solutions & subscription revenue growth.Deep understanding of digital marketplaces, ad-tech, and lead generation platforms.Strong P&L management, business acumen & analytical skills.Excellent stakeholder management, leadership & communication abilities.Proficiency in data analysis, CRM & digital tools.Willingness to work 6 days a week and travel when required.
