Inventory & Assurance Manager

We’re looking for an inventory professional who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys building efficient systems from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage product inventory across multiple channels (online and offline).
• Experience in inventory management, stock control, warehousing or related operations role.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and monitor product movement.
• Coordinate with suppliers & logistics.
• Implement quality assurance checks for incoming and outgoing products.
• Use inventory management tools / software to track SKUs, reorder points, lead times, aging / slow-moving stock, stockouts, and excess.
• Understanding of inventory KPIs (e.G., stock turns, stock accuracy, ageing, obsolescence) and cost / leakage controls.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms especially Shopify ) and how inventory reflects in online storefronts.
• Oversee quality assurance and ensure processes meet brand standards.
• Generate regular inventory reports and analytics to support business decisions.
