E-commerce Strategy Lead

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager based in Mumbai. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for managing the overall e-commerce operations, including planning and executing marketing strategies to drive online sales. Responsibilities include analyzing sales performance, optimizing online platforms, coordinating with internal teams, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns to achieve revenue targets. The role demands a proactive approach to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient supply chain operations for online products.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for performance tracking, data-driven decision-making, and market trend analysis
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively work with internal teams, vendors, customers, and stakeholders
• Proficient in E-Commerce platforms and tools with an in-depth understanding of online marketplaces
• Experience in Sales and Marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
• Leadership ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure project goals are met
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
• Previous experience in e-commerce or retail is highly desirable
