Job descriptionQualification : Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying Experience : 2–5 years in interior fit-out or allied construction works Software Skills : MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation tools Knowledge of interior finishes, modular furniture, and market rates is essential Must be proficient in English, Hindi, and Malayalam Knowledge of any other South Indian language (Tamil, Kannada, or Telugu) is an added advantage Ability to multitask across multiple projects Site coordination and billing experience is a plus Team player with good communication and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare BOQs, estimates, and rate analysis for interior projects (residential and commercial)
- Conduct quantity take-offs from design drawings, GFCs, and site measurements
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and vendor comparisons
- Verify contractor bills and prepare running / final bills
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for seamless project delivery
- Maintain documentation for variation orders, rate negotiations, and material reconciliation
- Support tendering and bidding process as required
