Experience in scheduling interviews and salary negotiations. Experience working with clients. Strong experience in Niche Talent Acquisition and End to End Recruiting. Experience in Contract, Contract-to-hire, and Full-Time Positions. Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems. Effective communication abilities.

About the Role :
Must have at least 3-5 Years experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
Experience working on Contract, Contract-to-hire, and Full-Time Positions in India.
Experience working with Job Portals and social networking sites like LinkedIn.
Scheduling interviews and salary negotiations.
Should have experience in working with clients.
Responsibilities :
- Need strong experience in IT Recruitment working on Niche Talent Acquisition and End to End Recruiting.
- Creating pipelines for the requirements, maintain good relations with candidates.
- Must have experience in Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Effective communication abilities.
