Position : Assistant Manager – Sales (International & Domestic Tours) Location : Pune Experience : 4–5 Years Industry : Travel & Tourism Job Summary :
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales with proven experience in selling Holiday Packages (International & Domestic) . The ideal candidate should have in-depth destination knowledge, strong communication skills, and a successful track record in B2C or B2B sales within the travel and tourism industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sell customized holiday packages for destinations including South-East Asia, Australia–New Zealand (ANZ), Europe, Kenya, China, and Japan.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation and itinerary planning to client servicing and closure.
- Understand client requirements and design suitable domestic and international travel packages.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams for smooth tour execution.
- Stay updated on destination knowledge, pricing trends, and seasonal promotions.
Requirements :
4–5 years of experience in selling holiday packages (International & Domestic).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Must be from a Travel & Tourism background.Strong knowledge of international destinations, visa processes, and travel documentation.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Education :
