Role - Process Analyst- US HR Operations (Audit & Compliance)

Shift- 3pm-12am / 6 : 30 PM-3 : 30 AM

Mode of Work- Hybrid

Required Skills :

1-4 Years of experience in US HR Operations role; processing Immigration, I-9 & License, clearance and certification process and should have strong hands-on experience on tools like Workday & Salesforce.

Any graduate

1+ Years of relevant experience

Tools : Workday or Salesforce usage

Excel experience, specifically VLOOKUP and general formulas / functionality

Perform scheduled audits related to regulatory compliance and policy provisions specific to assigned HR Shared team initiatives and programs.
