Job Title - Senior Architect

Department - Architecture

Reports to - Project Architect / Team Lead

Leads - Interns, Apprentice and Junior Architects

Key Result Areas –

Accuracy and quality of design and documentation.

Timely delivery of project milestones.

Design quality meets client expectations.

Effective coordination with consultants and team members.

Training and grooming of juniors.

Contribution to innovative and functional design solutions.

Proactive and ownership approach.

Required Skills & Qualifications –

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.

4 - 8 years of experience in architectural design and project execution.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, D5 Render, Enscape, Lumion, and other design visualization tools, M.S. Word suit, Adobe Suite.

Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.

Excellent design, technical detailing. Problem identification and observation.

Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and consultants.

Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Detail-orientation skills.
