Job Summary :

We are looking for a Lead Developer with strong expertise in One Identity (OIM) and Angular, capable of leading development efforts for migration projects and portal enhancements. The ideal candidate should have experience guiding teams, consulting on new features, and delivering scalable identity management solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead development efforts in One Identity Manager (OIM) projects, including migrations to Angular-based portals.
• Oversee and mentor junior and senior developers, reviewing their approaches to implementing user stories and ensuring best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Provide technical consultation on new features of OIM 9.3 Angular portal and recommend optimal implementations.
• Manage development workflows and track progress using Azure DevOps.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and performance optimization.
