About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator (Back Office) to support our sales and marketing team. The role is entirely office-based and involves handling customer communication, preparing documents, quotations, reports, and coordinating with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle email & telephone communication with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and order status
- Prepare and issue quotations, BOQs, door schedules, and work orders as per sales team instructions
- Coordinate with the design team for drawings & approvals
- Maintain records of inquiries, quotations, work orders, customer approvals, and dispatch schedules
- Liaise with production, stores, accounts, and logistics to update customers on order and delivery status
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management
- Support marketing activities : maintain database of architects / contractors, update brochures, assist in exhibitions / events
- Follow up on pending approvals, dispatches, and payments through calls / emails
- Ensure proper filing of documents (soft & hard copies) for easy retrieval
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in Business / Commerce / Marketing (preferred)1–3 years of experience in a back-office coordination role (preferably construction, manufacturing, or building material industry)Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English and Hindi / GujaratiStrong in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic ERP / CRM usageOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks at onceShould be proactive and good in follow-upsWhat We Offer
