Description

We are looking for a dynamic Executive Sales professional to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in sales. The Executive Sales will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Present and demonstrate products / services to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support post-sales activities.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and techniques.
