Summary

HKMCF has experienced tremendous growth and is looking for a dynamic HR Executive. This is a Full-Time Employee position responsible for proactively managing all HR processes.
The ideal candidate would be responsible to manage all HR tasks including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employee policies with proper documentation. The duties extend to strategic initiatives like developing HR policies, creating a positive work culture by conducting employee engagement activities, managing employee on-boarding and off-boarding, and administering benefits and compensation packages. This role is also crucial to carry out administrative tasks like maintaining employee records and handling employee grievances.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate on all HR tasks assigned, ensuring alignment with department goals and Employees expectations.
Manage Recruitment and meet the hiring deadlines.
Manage On-boarding & Off-boarding tasks efficiently ensuring positive employee experience.
Organize and conduct NHO New Employee Orientation & Induction activities.
Assist on tasks related to Employee Training & Development, Employee Engagement and Employee Survey management.
Organize / manage meeting Schedules for HR Dept. with external vendors & other visitors.
Have a proactive approach towards Leave Management & Performance Management.
Document HR Policies and maintain HR SOPs as approved by HR Department.
Manage employee benefits and other statutory requirements.
Be in the forefront in efficiently managing PER tasks.
Manage Employee Communications whenever required.
Assist in employee career tracking and succession planning process.
Support in Grievance handling tasks and its documentation.
Support on activities related to OSHA.
Organize events, festive celebrations and other cultural engagements for employees regularly including R&R tasks.
Coordinate and organize CSR activities with great energy.
Qualifications / Preferred Candidate
Any Graduate with min 1 year of experience as an HR Executive or similar role. (would be considered for Junior role for <
1 year of similar experience.)
MBA or any HR certification preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent English Communication Skills - both written and verbal.
Proficient in working on MS Office tools.
Ready to work 6 days a week (All Saturdays are working days).
Ready to be a facilitator rather than being an administrator for employees.
