Job description

responsible for accurately picking items from shelves or bins based on order specifications : the picker & packer will need to carefully select the correct items to fulfill customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the process.- efficiently pack items into boxes or containers for shipment : once the items have been picked, the picker & packer will be responsible for securely and neatly packaging them to ensure safe delivery to customers.- maintain a clean and organized work area : it is important for the picker & packer to keep their work station tidy and organized to facilitate smooth workflow and to comply with safety regulations.- assist with inventory management and stock replenishment : the picker & packer may be required to help with counting inventory, restocking shelves, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels.skills and expectations : - ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.- good attention to detail to ensure accurate picking and packing of items.- physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy boxes or items.- basic math skills to count inventory and ensure correct quantities are packed.- strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors effectively.
